Dancing through life, I'd say, is a blur,
but a sort of thrilling blur.
I love the choreography,
and there was a great amount of pressure.
There were moments where I looked at Ari,
actually,
and she was amazing,
because she could just see what was going on internally
when you're dancing in front of 100 incredible dancers,
and there's the turbine wheel going behind you
where people are doing parkour and flipping up,
and you're the main focus in that room,
and I'm naturally someone who loves being a part of something,
but maybe just on the
side.
So it's a great deal of amount of energy that's required,
and it was just so exciting
to have something really specific to work towards.
And also, it's just like it made
such a difference going from dancing on your
own in a big rehearsal room to then slowly
having more and more people come in.
Jonathan Bailey is such a brilliant,
brilliant,
brilliant actor,
but the physicality and the
singing and the choreography and the books
and him using his feet to open and close the
books and all of it was so demanding of him,
and he just did it like it was nothing,
just
like
it was so effortless for him,
and watching him do that over and over and over again was
one of the highlights of my life.
It made me so emotional.
I think I cried more in the
library than probably, I don't even know.
