When it comes to being how old, it so happens I happen to be grandpas
where a lot of these kids go because they're playing banjo,
but they learn them from people that I talk banjo to.

Well, I'm a great-grandfather.
The first song I think I ever knew was one that my father used to,
he put it in a story when I was about seven years old,
and it was a little honky-tonk vaudeville tune that he remembered
from Staten Island when he was a kid.
Did you have them when you were a kid?
I don't know.
It was a story about a frog.
